This isn't about your mindset. It's a body problem, and thinking your way through it isn't the answer.

practices for unlocking living sensation & energy

5 somatic practices designed to bring feeling back online, gently, in order

  • You stop feeling like a stranger in your own body

Experiencing distance, numbness, and the sense of watching your life instead of living it, won't disappear overnight. They do stop running the show, however, and you get to be in your body instead of managed by it.

  • You begin to want things again

Numbness doesn't just mute pain, it mutes everything, including desire, curiosity, and pleasure. "Coming back online" means all of it returns, not just the hard parts.

  • You come home to your body again

Grief can make your body feel like something you're surviving instead of something you're actually existing in. These practices are an act of return. Slow, gentle, and all yours.

P.U.L.S.E.™ (practices for unlocking living sensation and energy) is a guide containing five somatic practices that speak the language your grief actually understands. It was built specifically for a body that went quiet, and has been in survival mode for longer than expected.

Something to do when thinking your way through it hasn't worked. These practices give your body permission to feel again, one small sensation at a time.

Short enough to actually use. Each practice takes ten to fifteen minutes, and you just need your body - exactly as it is.

Ground, sense, move, notice, return. Practices, moving you from stillness back into feeling, in the order your body actually needs.

This is for you if you're experiencing grief and can't remember the last time your body felt anything outside of that. If you've talked about your grief to try to process it, journaled, done breath work or meditation, yet you still feel disconnected from your body. If you're not looking for another thing to think about, you're looking for something your body can actually do.

**This isn't for you yet if you're in the acute early months of a loss. Rest first, this will be here when you're ready.
